About

I build adaptive optics systems that compensate for the image-blurring effects of Earth’s atmosphere. I am currently building a new robotic AO system for the UH 2.2-m telescope on Maunakea to study binary stars, transiting exoplanet systems and the distribution of dark matter in the local universe.
